Perkembangan industri perbankan syariah menghadapi tantangan yang semakin kompleks, baik dari sisi internal maupun eksternal. Persaingan dengan bank konvensional, tuntutan inovasi teknologi, perubahan regulasi, serta ekspektasi nasabah yang semakin tinggi menuntut bank syariah untuk memiliki strategi yang tepat dalam mengoptimalkan kinerjanya. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara komprehensif strategi optimalisasi kinerja bank syariah melalui pendekatan kajian literatur. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur terhadap jurnal ilmiah, laporan industri, dan regulasi terkait perbankan syariah, baik nasional maupun internasional. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa optimalisasi kinerja bank syariah dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor kunci, antara lain tata kelola syariah (sharia governance), kualitas sumber daya manusia, inovasi produk dan layanan, adopsi teknologi finansial, manajemen risiko, serta penguatan fungsi sosial bank syariah. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi akademis dan praktis bagi peneliti, regulator, dan praktisi dalam merumuskan strategi peningkatan kinerja bank syariah secara berkelanjutan.
