Pengaruh Iklim Sekolah Terhadap Intensi Bercita-Cita Pada Siswa

Cita-cita harus dimunculkan sedari kecil agar tumbuh motivasi dan pada akhirnya mengarahkan perilaku mencapai cita-cita tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah iklim sekolah memiliki pengaruh terhadap intensi tumbuhnya cita-cita pada siswa. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dan data penelitian dianalisis secara inferensial dengan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 59 orang siswa kelas 12 pada dua Sekolah Menengah Atas di Kecamatan Karang Intan, Kabupaten Banjar. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa dengan taraf signifikansi 5%, thitung = 0,6273 ≤ ttabel = 2 yang berarti bahwa tidak ada pengaruh iklim sekolah terhadap intensi tumbuhnya cita-cita pada siswa. Iklim sekolah belum sampai membuat siswa terinspirasi untuk menentukan tujuan hidup yang teraktualisasi dalam bentuk cita-cita.
