Persepsi Mahasiswa terhadap Penggunaan Platform Belajar Algoritma di Era Digital: Studi pada Codecademy dan Mimo App

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali persepsi mahasiswa terhadap penggunaan platform belajar algoritma di era digital, khususnya melalui aplikasi Codecademy dan Mimo App. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari tiga orang mahasiswa jurusan Pendidikan Matematika yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling, berdasarkan pengalaman mereka dalam menggunakan kedua platform tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dan dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi mahasiswa dalam menggunakan platform digital didorong oleh tampilan antarmuka yang menarik, aksesibilitas yang tinggi, serta metode belajar yang praktis dan interaktif. Codecademy dianggap lebih unggul dari sisi kedalaman materi dan struktur pembelajaran, sedangkan Mimo lebih disukai karena kesederhanaan dan fleksibilitasnya. Kedua platform dinilai efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep algoritma, terutama jika digunakan secara bertahap.
