Implementasi Metode Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dalam Meningkatkan Minat Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Al -Qur’an Hadits di MA Al Asy’ari Keras Jombang

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi metode Problem Based Learning (PBL) dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Al-Qur'an Hadits, guna mengatasi fenomena rendahnya partisipasi aktif siswa di kelas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi partisipatif di dalam kelas, wawancara mendalam dengan guru mata pelajaran serta perwakilan siswa, dan dokumentasi perangkat pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PBL melalui pemberian masalah kontekstual yang relevan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari mampu meningkatkan fokus, motivasi intrinsik, dan keterlibatan kolaboratif siswa dalam memahami teks Al-Qur'an dan Hadits. Temuan ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman bahwa pergeseran peran guru menjadi fasilitator dalam pemecahan masalah dapat merangsang keingintahuan intelektual siswa. Kesimpulannya, metode PBL terbukti efektif sebagai alternatif pedagogis untuk menciptakan suasana belajar yang dinamis pada pendidikan agama. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya pelatihan rutin bagi guru dalam merancang modul berbasis masalah serta pengembangan penelitian lanjutan mengenai integrasi PBL dengan media digital untuk meningkatkan minat belajar pada skala yang lebih luas.
