Abstract

Makalah ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah (ATAS) memahami Panduan Kertaja TAS secara mendalam sehingga benar-benar menjadi acuan dalam melaksanakan TUPOKSInya. Makalah ini ditulis berdasarkan pengalaman penulis dalam melaksanakan pembinaan Tenaga Kependidikan TAS di sekolah binaan. Dengan makalah ini diharapkan TAS dapat melaksanakan pekerjaan secara profesional, karena Direktorat Pembinaan Tenaga Kependidikan Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah Direktorat Jenderal Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan telah menerbitkan Panduan Kerja TAS, tetapi belum tersosialisasikan secar masif, sehingga para TAS masih banyak yang bekerja tidak menggunakan panduan tersebut. Oleh karena itu penulis mencoba membuat aplikasi excel sederhana agar bisa menguraikan secara detail tugas pokok TAS.
