Pembelajaran Regulasi Mandiri Siswa; Studi Tahap Kinerja Program Studi Bahasa Inggris Di Universitas PGRI Sumatera Barat

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh ketertarikan peneliti terhadap Pembelajaran Regulasi Mandiri Siswa; Studi Tahap Kinerja Program Studi Bahasa Inggris Di Universitas Pgri Sumatera Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses observasi diri mahasiswa dan kontrol diri mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris di Universitas PGRI Sumatera Barat. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan penelitian kualitatif survei, dengan sampel 25 mahasiswa dari angkatan 2019,2020,2021,2022.Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode puposif Sampling Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner disebarkan melalui google form dan mendapatkan 2 mahasiswa yang diwawancarai. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis dari buku ary 2010. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, secara umum Pembelajaran Regulasi Mandiri Siswa; Studi Tahap Kinerja peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa dari kedua informan yang telah ditentukan peneliti terdeteksi dan kurang dalam observasi diri dan pengendalian diri ditinjau dari proses yang dilakukan siswa melalui sub indikator seperti pemantauan diri, rekaman diri, instruksi diri, pembayangan, pemusatan fokus dan strategi tugas. Hasil penelitian ini hendaknya menjadi parameter bagi mahasiswa dan juga dosen untuk lebih dipromosikan dan mengaplikasikan Pembelajaran Regulasi Mandiri Siswa; Studi Tahap Kinerja untuk kemajuan belajar mahasiswa.
