Produktivitas Kerja Guru SD Pada Kepemimpinan Transformasional Kepala Sekolah

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan produktivitas guru di sekolah. Jumlah Sampel sebanyak 111 orang guru di SD Kecamatan Banjarmasin Timur diambil secara random. Dalam penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa: 101 responden atau 90,99% setuju bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah berdampak meningkatkan pada produktifitas guru mempunyai dampak secara Baik dan hanya 10 orang guru atau 9,01% yang menyatakan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah berdampak meningkatkan pada produktifitas mereka berdampak Sedang dan tidak ada guru yang berpendapat menyatakan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah tidak berdampak meningkatkan pada produktifitas mereka. Artinya, guru sepakat bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional sangat cocok untuk meningkatkan produktifitas guru di sekolah.
