Abstract

Metode yang digunakan dalam laporan ini adalah dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan. Kompetensi 4K (Kritis berpikir, Kolaboratif, Komunikatif, dan Kreatif) adalah suatu kompetensi yang diharapkan untuk generasi muda agar mampu berpikir secara kritis, melakukan kolaboratif antar individu, memiliki skill komunikasi yang baik, dan mempunyai ide-ide kreatif. Hal ini diperlukan agar para remaja dapat beradaptasi dengan kehidupan pada fase dewasa. Para remaja diharapkan untuk dapat bersaing di abad ini. Kompetensi ini tidak hanya dilakukan untuk pembelajaran tapi sebagai inovasi untuk kedepannya. Hal ini menjadi penunjang untuk kehidupan sehari-hari dan di dunia kerja.
