Analisis Kebijakan Pendidikan Inklusi : Studi Kasus Di SDN Alalak Utara 1 Banjarmasin

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan program pendidikan yang dibuat oleh pemerintah tentang kebijakan pendidikan inklusi terkait dengan kurikulum, rekrutmen guru pembimbing khusus (GPK), dan sarana prasana di sekolah dengan kebijakan pendidikan inklusi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data wawancara dianalisis menggunakan within case and cross case analysis antar informan, data observasi dicatat dan disajikan sesuai dengan hasil wawancara, sedangkan data dokumen digunakan sebagai pembanding data wawancara dan observasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendidikan inklusi di sekolah belum terlaksana dengan baik, tidak ada persiapan penerimaan murid baru, sekolah tidak memiliki kurikulum khusus atau kurikulum yang dimodifikasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan khusus murid inklusi, sekolah belum pernah melaksanakan proses perekrutan untuk GPK, dan kurangnya perhatian dari pemerintah atas dukungan sarana dan prasarana di sekolah.
