Hubungan Status Gizi, Kadar Albumin, Asupan Energi, dan Protein dengan Lama Hari Rawat pada Pasien Pneumonia

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan status gizi, kadar albumin, asupan energi, dan asupan protein dengan lama hari rawat pasien pneumonia di Ruang Paru RSUD Brigjend H. Hasan Basry Kandangan. Penelitian menggunakan desain observasional analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Sampel berjumlah 41 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik total sampling. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Oktober-November 2025. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara menggunakan kuesioner, pengukuran antropometri, dan studi dokumentasi rekam medis. Analisis dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar responden berstatus gizi sangat kurus (41,5%), memiliki kadar albumin rendah (70,7%), asupan energi defisit berat (31,7%), dan asupan protein defisit berat (41,5%), serta mengalami lama hari rawat yang panjang (78,0%). Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara status gizi, kadar albumin, asupan energi, dan asupan protein dengan lama hari rawat (p = 0,001 < α). Kesimpulannya, keempat faktor tersebut berhubungan erat dengan lama hari rawat pasien pneumonia sehingga intervensi gizi diperlukan untuk mempercepat penyembuhan. Disarankan agar dilakukan skrining status gizi dan pemberian intervensi gizi secara tepat sejak awal perawatan sebagai bagian dari tatalaksana pasien pneumonia.
