Efektivitas Edukasi Kesehatan Berbasis Video terhadap Pengetahuan dan Sikap Remaja dalam Pencegahan Infeksi Menular Seksual (IMS): Literature Review

Abstract

Infeksi Menular Seksual (IMS) merupakan permasalahan kesehatan reproduksi yang berskala global dengan angka kejadian yang terus meningkat, khususnya pada kelompok usia 15–24 tahun. Di Indonesia, Kementerian Kesehatan mencatat sekitar 23.347 kasus sifilis dan 10.506 kasus gonore dalam tiga tahun terakhir. Rendahnya pemahaman dan sikap remaja terhadap IMS menjadi faktor risiko utama terjadinya penularan. Literature review ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas edukasi kesehatan berbasis video dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap remaja terhadap pencegahan IMS berdasarkan kajian pustaka tahun 2018–2025. Pencarian artikel dilakukan melalui basis data PubMed, Google Scholar, CINAHL, dan Scopus menggunakan pendekatan PICOS, dengan 15 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Seluruh studi intervensi berbasis video atau audiovisual menunjukkan peningkatan bermakna secara statistik pada pengetahuan dan sikap remaja (p<0,05). Peningkatan skor pengetahuan tertinggi mencapai 45 poin, sementara proporsi sikap positif melonjak dari 36,4% menjadi 90,9%. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa edukasi berbasis video merupakan metode yang efektif dan perlu diintegrasikan secara berkelanjutan dalam program promosi kesehatan reproduksi remaja, dengan memperhatikan konteks budaya dan kebutuhan lokal.
