Analisis Risiko Infeksi Luka Operasi pada Pasien Obstetri dan Ginekologi di Rumah Sakit X di Kabupaten Garut

Surgical Site Infection (SSI) merupakan salah satu bentuk Healthcare-Associated Infections yang sering terjadi pascaoperasi obstetri dan ginekologi. Penilaian luka pasca operasi di rumah sakit X Kabupaten Garut selama ini berbasis observasi visual sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan variasi interpretasi antar perawat dan menghambat deteksi dini SSI. Tujuan: Menganalisis risiko SSI pada pasien obstetri dan ginekologi menggunakan instrumen ASEPSIS. Metode: Studi deskriptif kasus seri dengan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan pada sembilan pasien (tujuh post sectio caesarea, satu post histerektomi totalis, satu post salpingektomi) di rumah sakit X Kabupaten Garut, 10-16 Desember 2025. Penilaian risiko SSI menggunakan instrumen ASEPSIS dilaksanakan langsung saat berdinas di ruangan, menyesuaikan kondisi dan waktu perawatan luka masing-masing pasien tanpa penetapan kriteria postoperative day (POD) tertentu. Data diperoleh melalui pemeriksaan fisik, telaah rekam medis, dan wawancara. Hasil: Seluruh pasien berada dalam kategori penyembuhan memuaskan (skor ASEPSIS 0-2). Eritema ringan menjadi parameter dominan. Skor tertinggi diperoleh pasien post histerektomi totalis (skor 2, POD 11). Tidak ditemukan eksudat purulen, separasi jaringan dalam, maupun kebutuhan tindakan tambahan akibat komplikasi infeksi. Kesimpulan: Protokol pencegahan SSI yang konsisten berkontribusi terhadap penyembuhan luka optimal. Studi ini juga memberikan gambaran awal sebagai dasar implementasi instrumen ASEPSIS ke dalam SOP pengkajian luka secara formal di rumah sakit.
