Gambaran Klinikopatologi pada Kasus Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Berdasarkan Status Metastasis di RSUD Waled Tahun 2021-2025

Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) merupakan jenis kanker paru yang mencakup sekitar 85% dari seluruh kanker paru dan menjadi salah satu penyebab utama kematian akibat kanker di dunia. Sebagian besar pasien terdiagnosis setelah mengalami metastasis, yaitu penyebaran sel kanker dari tumor primer ke organ lain melalui pembuluh darah atau limfatik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui gambaran klinikopatologi pasien NSCLC berdasarkan status metastasis di RSUD Waled periode 2021–2025. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan retrospektif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pasien NSCLC di RSUD Waled periode Januari 2021–Desember 2025 sebanyak 99 pasien. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, sehingga diperoleh 91 pasien sebagai sampel. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan disajikan dalam bentuk distribusi frekuensi dan persentase. Kelompok usia terbanyak adalah 50–59 tahun (39,6%), dengan jenis kelamin laki-laki (53,8%). Gejala klinis yang paling banyak ditemukan adalah batuk kronik (52,7%), sedangkan tipe histopatologi terbanyak adalah adenokarsinoma (63,7%). Berdasarkan status metastasis, pasien metastasis lebih banyak dibandingkan non-metastasis, yaitu 64,8% dan 35,2%. Lokasi metastasis tersering adalah tulang (35,6%), sedangkan gambaran radiologi rontgen toraks terbanyak berupa massa paru (57,1%). Disimpulkan bahwa pasien NSCLC di RSUD Waled periode 2021–2025 didominasi kelompok usia 50–59 tahun, laki-laki, tipe histopatologi adenokarsinoma, serta mayoritas mengalami metastasis dengan tulang sebagai lokasi metastasis terbanyak dan massa paru sebagai gambaran radiologi toraks yang paling sering ditemukan.
