Teletherapy dalam Pelayanan Kesehatan Mental
Efektivitas, Perbandingan dengan Terapi Tatap Muka, dan Implikasi Klinis

Gangguan kesehatan mental seperti depresi dan kecemasan terus meningkat secara global, sementara akses terhadap layanan kesehatan mental masih terbatas akibat hambatan geografis, biaya, dan keterbatasan tenaga profesional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas teletherapy, membandingkannya dengan terapi tatap muka, serta menganalisis implikasi klinisnya dalam pelayanan kesehatan mental. Penelitian menggunakan metode literature review dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari PubMed, Scopus, dan Google Scholar menggunakan strategi pencarian berbasis PICO terhadap artikel tahun 2016–2026. Sebanyak 70 artikel teridentifikasi, kemudian diseleksi berdasarkan pedoman PRISMA 2020 hingga diperoleh 4 studi utama yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar ekstraksi data literatur, sedangkan analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teletherapy efektif menurunkan gejala depresi dan kecemasan dengan efektivitas yang setara dengan terapi tatap muka. Teletherapy juga meningkatkan akses layanan, fleksibilitas terapi, efisiensi biaya, serta keterlibatan pasien. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah teletherapy dapat menjadi alternatif maupun pelengkap layanan kesehatan mental konvensional, meskipun implementasinya masih menghadapi tantangan terkait teknologi, privasi data, dan kesenjangan akses digital.
