Latar Belakang: Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) merupakan salah satu gangguan saluran cerna yang sering dijumpai dan dapat menurunkan kualitas hidup penderitanya. Faktor psikologis, khususnya kecemasan, diduga berperan dalam timbulnya maupun memperberat gejala GERD melalui interaksi antara sistem saraf pusat dan saluran cerna. Hubungan antara tingkat kecemasan dan kejadian GERD pada pelayanan kesehatan primer masih memerlukan penelitian lebih lanjut. Tujuan: Menganalisis hubungan antara kecemasan berdasarkan Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7) dengan kejadian Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) berdasarkan Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Questionnaire (GERD-Q) di UPT Puskesmas Pesisir Kota Cirebon. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling. Tingkat kecemasan diukur menggunakan kuesioner GAD-7, sedangkan kejadian GERD dinilai menggunakan kuesioner GERD-Q. dilakukan Analisis univariat dan Analisis bivariat. Hasil: Didapatkan total 110 responden sebagian besar responden memiliki tingkat kecemasan minimal sebanyak 64 responden (58,2%), dan sebanyak 18 responden (16,4%) mengalami kemungkinan GERD. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara tingkat kecemasan dengan kejadian GERD (p<0,001) dengan koefisien korelasi Spearman sebesar 0,467 yang menunjukkan korelasi positif dengan kekuatan sedang. Simpulan: Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara tingkat kecemasan berdasarkan GAD-7 dengan kejadian GERD berdasarkan GERD-Q di UPT Puskesmas Pesisir Kota Cirebon.
