Karakteristik dan Hasil Rontgen Thoraks Pasien Penyakit Ginjal Kronik yang Menjalani Hemodialisis di RSUD Waled Tahun 2023-2024

Latar Belakang: Penyakit Ginjal Kronik (PGK) adalah suatu kondisi yang ditandai dengan kelainan struktural atau penurunan fungsi ginjal yang berlangsung minimal selama 3 bulan, dapat disertai atau tanpa penurunan laju filtrasi glomerulus (eGFR <60mL/ menit /1,73m2). Etiologi yang paling umum pada pasien dewasa dengan Penyakit Ginjal Kronik (PGK) adalah diabetes melitus dan hipertensi. Hemodialisis adalah tindakan pengobatan yang paling sering dilakukan pada pasien penyakit ginjal kronik. Hemodialisis dapat menimbulkan komplikasi yang meliputi disfungsi sistem kardiovaskular dan non kardiovaskular, atau sistem pernapasan. Tujuan: mengetahui karakteristik dan hasil rontgen thoraks pasien penyakit ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisis tahun 2023-2024. Metode: penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Sampel diambil dari rekam medis sebanyak 109 orang. Analisis univariat dilakukan untuk melihat frekuensi distribusi karakteristik dan gambaran rontgen thoraks, kemudian data tersebut dipaparkan dalam bentuk narasi atau tabel. Hasil: berdasarkan uji univariat didapatkan kejadian penyakit ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisis pada kategori usia (56-65 tahun) lansia akhir (36,7%) dengan jenis kelamin perempuan (66,1%), diabetes melitus (12,8%), hipertensi (67,0%). dengan hasil rontgen thoraks kardiomegali (72,5%), efusi pleura (22,0%), edema pulmonal (39,4%), infiltrat tuberkulosis (2,8%), infiltrat pneumonia (15,6%). Kesimpulan: pasien penyakit ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisis ditemukan usia (56-65 tahun) lansia akhir, jenis kelamin perempuan, penyakit komorbid diabetes melitus, penyakit hipertensi. Hasil rontgen thoraks didapatkan kardiomegali, efusi pleura, edema pulmonal, infiltrat tuberkulosis, infiltrat pneumonia.
