Introduction: Stroke can cause motor disorders that impact the patient's quality of life. Wet cupping therapy is believed to improve blood circulation and accelerate motor recovery. Objective: To determine the effect of cupping therapy on changes in motor quality in post-stroke patients at the Medan City Cupping Clinic. Method: This study is a descriptive analytical study conducted by observation. The number of samples was 16 people. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data processing used the SPSS statistical application using the T-test (p <0.05). Results: Based on the results of the T-test statistical test, the p value was obtained = > 0.05 (p <0.05). Conclusion: There was a reaction to changes in motor strength in post-stroke patients after cupping but it was not statistically significant.
