Pemanfaatan Media Edukasi Sosial Tiktok (Medsotik) dalam Meningkatkan Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy

Breastfeeding self-efficacy (BSE) adalah keyakinan ibu terhadap kemampuan dalam memulai, mempertahankan dan menghadapi hambatan dalam menyusui. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis pemanfaatan Media Edukasi Sosial TikTok (MEDSOTIK) dalam meningkatkan BSE ibu nifas di Klinik Pratama Azizah Bunten Barat, Kabupaten Sampang – Jawa Timur. Desain penelitian menggunakan one-group pretest–posttest pre-experimental design dengan 32 ibu nifas yang dipilih melalui consecutive sampling. Pengukuran tingkat BSE dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi menggunakan Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy Scale-Short Form (BSE-SF). Analisis menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test dengan α=0.05. Hasil menunjukkan 84,4% responden mengalami peningkatan skor BSE, penurunan kategori rendah dari 25,0% menjadi 6,3% dan peningkatan kategori tinggi dari 25,0% menjadi 65,6%. Terdapat perbedaan signifikan skor BSE sebelum dan sesudah intervensi (p<0,001). Pemanfaatan Media Edukasi Sosial TikTok berpotensi mendukung peningkatan BSE pada ibu nifas melalui edukasi audiovisual yang mudah diakses dan dipelajari kembali.
